adult sports in upper valley

Group sports and activities aren’t just for youth.  Check out the recreation centers in the area for their adult offerings too.  Make sure to register before attending, unless it’s a drop in activity.  If you find the registration is full or the deadline has passed, that’s okay.  Put it on your bucket list to try next winter and try a drop in activity instead.
