This is a hot new trend that is right here in the area.

Why Should I Try it?
This is a place to decompress, to rejuvenate, and easy the burdens on your body.
Forget the cares of the world as you lie in the darkness or with ambient light that dances along the water and ceiling.
Let soothing music play for some or all of your floating time.

What does it Look Like and What is it Like?
A big white plastic pod.
Can I get Stuck?
No. The pod doesn’t lock. As Shawn Walch explains in his review on Facebook of his experience: “You can choose to leave the lid up, close it all the way or even crack it open a bit. You are in control, the pod does not lock shut, its on hydraulic arms and opens very easily. At anytime you can exit the pod at your own choosing.”
Will I Feel Claustrophobic?
No. The pod is 8 ft x 5 ft so you have plenty of room to float. People who are claustrophic even comment on how they enjoy floating, the Eclipse Float Center states. You can spread out, stretching out your arms and legs, and still have room. You can sit up too.
Is it Clean?
Yes. The water is filtered three times between floats so that you get a completely clean float pod.
How do I Prepare for the Float?
Put ear plugs in. Shower before you enter the tank. Then enjoy.
What Should I Expect?
Expect to feel REFRESHED. Floaters feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a float. Those with injuries and sore muscles feel great too.
Expect time to JUST BE. This is how you get the most out of the floating experience.
