Tag football, ultimate frisbee, even horse shoes, I love feeling of the sun soaking into my skin.
What Games Should You Play
You don’t need to be a kid or even have kids to grab your favorite lawn game and have fun. Did you know there’s even a lawn game version of beer pong and even golf pong?
Need to stock up on some lawn games (like me)? Try this list of lawn games you gotta try and buy.
I’d recommend
Ultimate Frisbee
Kickball
Spikeball
Kubb
Kan Jam
Giant jenga
BULLZiBUCKET
and of course corn hole.
Where to play them?
Boston Lot Lake has a nice small field right next to the lake and another before you get to the lake like the one below.

Riverside Park has a large horseshoe pit if you want to host your own summer tournament! You can even take a walk along the river.

Paradise Park has a lovely spot with a mix of sun and shade.

Hartland Dam has a large field and pavilion. Costs $5 per vehicle.
Storrs Pond has a some open areas if you want to play games that require less space like corn hole or toss the chicken. Then play tennis, volleyball, horse shoes or just go swimming! $5 a person.
If this got you inspired…try places to picnic and grill in the area for more fun.
