I remember enjoying the SEE Science Center when I was a kid. The trampoline and inflatable playgrounds look like so much fun. I can’t wait to take my son to these places when he’s older.
SEE Science Center
Description: An educational hands on science center for kids.
Location: 200 Bedford St., Manchester. Free parking in lots in front and back of the building. Pay and display parking on the side streets. You can find more parking tips here.
Cost: $9 per person 3+
Hours: Mon. – Fri. 10 am-4 pm, Sat. and Sun. 10 am – 5 pm
Highlights: Exhibits on light, electricity, forces, and more.

Description: Trampoline park
Location: 17 Tanguay Ave. in Nashua.
Cost: $16 per hour per person, $20 1 1/2 hr. per person, $25 2 hr. per person. Children under 2 are free with paid parent.
Hours: Open jumping: Sat. 10 am – 9 pm, Sun. 11 am – 6 pm Sensory Sat. 9 am – 10 am, Toddler time Sun. 9 am – 11 am. Mon., Wed., Thurs. 3:30 pm – 8 pm, Fri. 12:30 pm – 9 pm.
Highlights: A giant trampoline with angled trampoline sides too. This is a section specifically for little kids and a cafe on site as well.
Tips: Bring socks and a photo ID. Reserve your space for free especially since you’ll be traveling a distance (they often get filled to capacity on the weekends and vacation).
Sky zone Trampoline Park
Description: A trampoline park that seems made for teens and adults. A great day trip for a group of friends or to celebrate a birthday.
Location: 500 Valley St., Manchester
Cost: $10 for 30 min., $15 for 1 hr., $20 for 90 min., and $25 for 2 hours. $3 fee for sky socks you can bring on next visit.
Hours: Tues. – Thurs. 3 pm – 8 pm, Fri. 3 pm – 10 pm, Sat. 10 am – 10 pm, Sun. 10 am – 7 pm. Special hours on school vacation weeks.
Tips: You reserve and pay for a time in advance.
Highlights: foam zone, dodge ball court, freestyle jumping, and trampoline basketball.
Cowabungas
Description: An inflatable playground for kids, teens, and adults (really adults can use the equipment too!)
Location: 1328 Hooksett Rd., Hooksett
Cost: $10 for kids, adults with a paying child are free, and babies are free. All day admission with re-entry.
Hours: Open Tues. – Sun. 10 am to 7 pm with Fridays open til 8 pm
Highlights: It is the largest inflatable fun center in New England. They encourage adults to play on the equipment with their kids. Bring your own food is allowed (peanut free) and they also sell food there. Strollers are okay to bring.
