Woodstock is such a beautiful town with a lot to explore. Just driving around it, seeing the Sleepy Hollow Farm, browsing the shops if you want, walking the Eshqua Nature Bog, and eating at one of their many restaurants is a fun day trip in itself.
Day Trip 4: Stop and See the Beauty
If you love art and gardens, you’ll enjoy taking this day trip to take in the beautiful pops of color. Two spots are by appt. only now due to Covid, but worth the reservation.
Day Trip 5: Local Beverage Tour
Sip and sample. We make lots of good drinks around here. Take a meander and try them.
Day trip 6: Get outdoors
We’re so lucky to have so many outdoor opportunities, perfect for social distancing. Golf, bike, or fish and then have a great meal after. Here are favorite outdoor eating spots: Lebanon, Hanover, and beyond the Upper Valley.
Take a bike ride or relax and go fishing.
The courses around here are so scenic. Whether you’re an avid golfer or just want to try it, there are courses you’ll enjoy. You can even do mountain golf with a group of friends.
Day trip 7: Get on the Water
On a hot and sticky day, getting on the water and dipping your feet in may be the perfect refreshing activity.
Day trip 8: History and Nature Beyond the Upper Valley
After, relax on the beach or drive around the lake and walk or bike at the harbor. Grab some ice cream while you’re there.
Day trip 9: Grill the Day Away
Grab some loved ones, take a walk, and grill away.
