Meander through the beautiful displays of glassblown stem and barware, lamps, vases and decorative products at Simon Pearce. After being in awe at the craftmanship, watch it being made and ask questions of the artisans as they craft the product of the day. They’re very friendly and it’s truly an interesting experience.
After you can walk across the street to see pottery being thrown as well.
Hours: 7 days a week 10-5 pm for glassblowing demonstrations and Mon-Fri 10-3 pm for pottery.

Visit Harpoon and Silo in Artisan Park, the same park as Simon Pearce, to learn about how beer and vodka are made. At Silo you can see where it is made and sample, and at Harpoon you can get a guided tour and sample. I recommend the chocolate vodka and my husband loves Hoppy Adventure at Harpoon.
I would go to Silo first and then Harpoon because you can stay for lunch at Harpoon.
Tours at Harpoon: Friday: 5 – 7 pm, Saturday: 11 am – 5 pm, Sunday: 12 – 4 pm
Price: $5
Visit Blake Hill Preserves and see the kitchen where the jam is processed and sample some before you buy, as I’m sure you’ll want to like I did.
