A kid’s splash paradise or a quiet time to slice through the warm water and do some laps.
Whether you’re looking to exercise, unwind, or have fun, the Upper Valley Aquatic Center is the place to go.
KidZone is a childcare facility onsite for kids ages 3 months to 13 years old. Reserve your spot and take time for yourself. For under $10 you can work out for an hour with two kids!

The exercise area is a welcoming place: sunny and bright with motivational sayings on the wall. It’s clean, spacious, and organized. You’ll feel great working out there. They offer free weights, machines, group class rooms, and a yoga room.

The Aquatic center really is looking out for the needs and interests of the community: Warm water pools for people like me who hate the sting of cold water and specifically don’t swim because of that, shallow water for kids to safely walk around and play, a place for adults to take water exercise classes in a comfortable environment, a place for quiet swim time, and a place for more serious swimmers. There is a lap pool that is a so cozy and warm. This is great for when you have to your upper body out of the water to do exercises for a class.
They also have a splash park which is amazing for babies, toddlers, and kids of all ages. This includes two slides and water features kids can control.

The lazy river is also a hit with everyone. It has a slight current so you can drift along, Kids like the waterfalls along the way they get soaked under or just run their hand through. Adults like the resistance the river provides for exercise.
There’s also a kiddie area. It includes a bench for toddlers to stand on or parents to sit with their kiddos, and no current. Babies and toddlers can practice kicking their little arms and legs without getting in the way of other people.
My sons enjoy spending the morning here. You can even grab a snack at the snack bar and head back in for more fun!
There’s even a family changing area with dressing rooms, bathrooms, lockers, and showers. This is great so my husband and I can tagteam getting our two kids ready and each person doesn’t have to take a little one to their respective bathroom. Plus it means adults who want quiet space and privacy have their own locker rooms. A brilliant idea.
The Aquatic Center is a popular place. Even on a busy day, you can still find parking, a place to change, and space to have fun in the water.
