A July Afternoon Adventure in Norwich
Norwich gears up for its annual fair in July. This is the perfect time to plan a day trip. Here are some ideas of things to do with the family.
Activity 1
Wander around King Arthur Flour. Turn the grinder in the front of the store. Watch the baked good of the day; once I saw cinnamon rolls being made. Grab a tasty treat at the cafe. Take some Red Kite Caramels and baked mixes home to try for a special breakfast the next day. I like their orange and cranberry scones.
There’s also a short .7 mile trail that is behind King Arthur you can take.
Activity 2
Head over to the Norwich Fair. Jul 19 -22. Enjoy the rides and food. To read more and see pictures of what it’s like, click here.
Activity 3
If you need a break from the rides and something different, try the great playground at the far end of the fair.
